The next Celia Alliance in-person meeting with our members will be held in Paris and hosted by our French members Galahad and Fidere Avocats.

As part of this event, a conference with HR leaders will take place on Thursday 1 October at 6 pm on the following subject: Pay transparency and Global mobility: what impact on your HR policies?

  • How do you compare situations that are inherently difficult to compare?
  • How far should complex compensation structures be disclosed?
  • What are the implications for talent attractiveness and the management of tax and social security risks?

This session will provide concrete, international insights to help HR leaders anticipate changes, secure their practices, and turn regulatory constraints into a strategic advantage.

Brazil's Supreme Court has introduced objective income thresholds for free legal aid eligibility in labor disputes, ending the practice of self-declaration as sufficient grounds.

International employers now have stronger options when challenging employee legal aid requests and may see a broader reduction in speculative claims as a result.
